Yeah …he gave us a “Bon Voyage” message somewhere on the board…..He’s on a cruise in the Caribbean …… rat bas#$@# !!!!

The reason I ask about the year, Just so happens that a guy from Quincy,Mass bought one from US Acutions via eBay.

1996 Regulator on US Auctions
