Man0Man , I don't have all the seasonigs I need for dat' Coon! I'll make a call back home & see if I can get it Overnight'd. I'll use a Dry Rub on them. No time to Marinate. I don't think I would'a mention'd saltwater turtle, Maybe soft shell.Looking forward to Your Home Brew.Ya bringing My Boudin' ? Blue Crabs?Andouille sausage? If you hav'nt left yet Bring these, let Me know & I'll make a Seafood Gumbo! I've got Fresh Shrimp!Chuck I hope You have some Good Neighbors cause when that Coon starts flapp'n round on the grill it can put up a Terrific Oder !
