I will be coming with my wife. Maybe more people. I still do not know about camping yet. Wehn it gets closer, we can figure out a meeting place for all the boats coming from the south.

Yes this appears to be shaping up as the Classic SeaCraft gathering of Biblical Proportions:

A little Update: The official begining will be Friday now- I along with Capt Matt will be out there and the Mosely's have Friday night reserved so they will be around as well.

ANYONE BRINGING FOOD/ Somewhat reluctantly my lovely Susan aka The Martha Stewart of Yachting & Camping has agreed to be a contact person for the food. If you have any questions on what to bring or an idea for something she has a good handle on Island cooking- email her. I suggested this so we don't end up with 42 lbs of Baked Beans Basically you should be bringing food for your group and plan on taking whatever you bring back with you, especially day visitors. If you want to bring a larger amount please let her know, so we can tell other people not to bring anymore of that item. Susan Peterson [email protected]

I am awaiting word on a private ramp and parking which would end all our ramp problems - so stay tuned

I am also working on a shower/bathroom enclosure but its still in the planning stage

Any further questions feel free to call me, 813 880 0922 or 813 992 5794c

Tow Boat and I have one on FS WC which he just BTT'd and I posted it in SW also. I don't think there are any on Capt Mel but I could be wrong. I will go do the other side on FS. I agree with keeping it mostly SC its big enough as it is and I don't like kayaker's that much

Dude your a couple years from retirement and you can't swing 2 days vacation time and grab a cheap Southwest flight to Tampa No Bones has been out cutting firewood for days just to make this a memorable weekend with a bonfire on a deserted island in the Gulf of Mexico, look at those pic's, guys going out to catch fresh grouper to cook on the grill, Carls coming so you can get a picture with him, I'm going out friday to get enough bait for the whole weekend and you can't get Friday and Monday off for the Classic SeaCraft Fest of Biblical Proportions thats still 8 weeks away

Go right now to the liquer store and get some Capt Morgan and get a little Capt in you and we'll talk again tomorrow, remember you only live once
