Rare find. I wonder if all that teak on the top cap was factory or added later. Never seen a SeaVette w/ the teak. Only made 39, so maybe some were factory "customs"??

The teak trim was used to cover the joint between the Seavette deck insert & center console deck.

From the owner:
"This Potter built 23' Seavette has Flag Blue Awl Grip with lime green boot stripe. Teak trim inside and out with cockpit bolster cushions. A 1988 Johnson 225 outboard sits on the stern. This boat needs a complete restoration as everything is original. The hull is sound, the foredeck is soft and the cockpit deck needs some new fiberglass deck panels. The pics are of what it was prior to me storing it eight years ago. The unique Seavette is destined for the serious Seacraft enthusiast who will appreciate it as much as I did. No trailer. $2500 Cash [email protected]" |
