Looks like a short 23 with a taller bow.

That's a Moesly 21 , but coverted to a CC - totally different hull than the 23, which is a Potter design. Vertical steps are taller and deadrise is different on all panels, closer to a 25 Seafari than the 23. Also rides better than the 23. A good friend of mine bought a Moesly 21 new in 1965. Followed him to the Abaco's 6 times. Biggest and best riding 21' boat I've ever seen!

Brian salvaged a 21 that sank in the Keys during hurricane Wilma. He's been talking about using it for a plug for some time. Would be pretty neat if he could resurect this great old design!
