Default Boat restore Co

Hi guys I have decided to farm out the rest of the work to a local Co. I have seen his work and spoke to him a number of times and checked his references. My Deal with him. is that I give him my 20 seacarft hull, trailer and Engine. plus bracket I built for it and rigging, In exchange for him to finish the 23 seacraft with the topcoat of my choice. this includes all fiberglass work needed to be done and custom work as well. Floor needs to be finished , console needs to be modified and installed, lots of fairing. Rub rail needs to built, anchor locker needs to be installed and hatches need to be built and installed. there will be gel coating and fairing ,primer and paint. all algrip products. My question is how to I put this in a binding contract. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to put this deal together. I will not surrender 20ft seacraft till mine 23 is finished. Thanks in advanced.. I just ran out of steam. I have to many projects that wife is wanting done...MJ

Yeah Martin I'm not sure how you do that but it's a good call on your part.

That's a LOT of work . . . too many things can go wrong.

I think you can probably find a barter agreement template online or contact an attorney together to make the deal binding.

Strike while the iron is hot!!
