Default 20' with a 125hp?

I'm looking at a leftover '01 20' Master Angler with a T-top, trailer, and 125 saltwater Merc (not EFI or Opti) for $28k. Price seems to be good but is the 125 enough to push this boat? What kind of cruise/wot am I looking at with this combination? Thanks.

I have heard that motor is VERY thursty. Your top end would be about 36-37mph.
