Pick the Color (big image)
What color should I paint the outside of my boat? I know this is obviously a personal preference, but I'm torn on which color to use. If you were painting which color would you choose?
This is the color chart from Sterling. The boat color now is a greenish blue. I like the yellow's, however it seems that everyone has a yellow boat. I'm thinking maybe to stick with green, in particular the seamist green. What do you think. These pics don't really give justice to the original color chart. Nice color! I'm still partial to F.L.Y.
This is a similar color if you want to get an idea:

Re: Pick the Color (big image)
TOO PERSONAL for Me to pick !! I went with awlgrip.Biggest decision besides the Brackett. Cloud white complete w/ Matterhorn white(touch of gray) w/non-skid on the decks & rhino liner (under gunnel)It was a guess at the time.It really came out clean.Colors IF I got a scratch !! as the rest F L Y & Ice blue. Re: Pick the Color (big image)
I happened to be at Bass Pro Shops yesterday and in addition to carrying SeaCraft, they had a number of other boats. Some of these other boats had this really cool sparkle thing going on with the paint
I bet if you stick with the green scheme and yet go with the glitter job, you will have the only bass-glitter-SeaCraft around. Talk about being the envy of everyone at the boat ramp Personally, I'm going the boring route: bright white |
