Default Trim Tabs on a 23 (Bennett's)

I Learned the hard way that the 3"pipe nipples that come with the standard Bennett trim tab kit are not long enough for my 23, (and I would assume most others). When I installed them 3 years ago I knew it was tight but until I just removed them I didnt realize that I was only catching 2 or 3 threads on the 90°fitting. Tom from Bennett sent me a couple of 4" nip's and they did the trick!(Thanx again Tom!!!) Just thought I would put this up for you guys in case you get ready to do the same thing. 2 1/2" transom with nothing hanging on it???(a little wet but I dont care) Awesome baby!!! Everything goes right Im splashing Sunday!! craig
