Default 1971 Potter 20cc for sale

1971 Potter 20 cc Transom redone in late 05,, floor redone by prior owner in 1998???, 1998 Mercury 200EFI with Mirage prop, compression test when I bought it and was 120 in all cylinders.
hydralic steering, live well, leaning post, boarding ladder, garmin GPS/sounder new windshield in late 05, Web on dual/axel aluminum trailer Bimini top, new cushions in December, all of boat in good condition.
Asking $7000 OBO Located in South Florida

UPDATE ON BOAT

REPLACED COWLING WITH ONE PURCHASED ON EBAY THAT LOOKS GREAT AND HAD MOTOR PAINTED TO MATCH. CAME OUT PRETTY GGOD

REPAIRED LOWER UNIT LEAK DUE TO FISHING LINE IN THE HUB BY MERC DEALER

NEW BEARINGS ON TRAILER.

NEW BAOT ON THE WAY SO THE OBO PART IS THE WORD

The new cowling looks good. Do you know offhand whether the floor was raised when it was rebuilt (ie Does it self bail at rest?) Also, I could not really tell from the pics, but was the opening for the rod holders completely glassed in when the forward casting deck was removed? I think I remember that the opening starts further back on the really early models (~69) so maybe it just did not show up in the pics? It looks like a pretty good deal though with a running motor, rebuilt transom, and rebuilt deck.
