A buddy of mine looked at it. A lot of the rigging has been stripped. The top is probably worth what he is asking for the the boat.
The bow is pretty busted up below the waterline. It would be very hard to get at the inside to fix it without disassemly of the cap/liner and hull. The price is right, but boy what a job that would be.

If the cap and liner have to come out to fix it right, then how about a CC conversion? Sell the top for 1K, get your money back, and you have a hull (even has Bennett Trim Tabs BONUS). Now just come up with another 25-30K and you would have a 23 CC conversion

I am almost convincing myself on that....

I would just like to have the top for my Tsunami.....
and are those boxes under the seat molded as part of the liner or do they bolt in....the passenger side looke like
the galley seat...?? I paid for a Seat of Sceptre windows down that way I was never able to pick up

I wish I could get that top though....

John-I went and looked at it also, in August. Due to the damage from the boat hitting the winch and it's post, the hull is fractured completely through from the bow to at least 8 feet back and below the water-line. The top is nice though. It is 20 minutes from me. It makes Ken's Sceptre bow damage look like it's only cosmetic.

There are so many out there, I wouldn't bother with one busted up that bad. We were looking at it for the top, but it wouldn't fit right on the Savage we were trying to cover.

BTW, The boxes are part of the liner. The boat is and 82, but the cap looks newer to me. If your looking for a windshield, it's all there.

We could go ahead and get it then dissect it at my place.

When Snookered went in August he was on a mission for me.
I believe that the photo's that he had taken I still have.

We went to see it today,i was thinking of cutting the seat compartments out and putting thim in mine and using the hull and cap in a joint savage project with Tiny, but the top is gone,the inner liner is busted loose down the whole rt side,transom soft around the tabs to many running boats out there that would be less expensive to rehab someone prob. got a good deal on the top ill bet.
