Opinion on 1978 MA

I am looking at a buying a 1978 MA. The guy is asking $6K for boat, motor and trailer. Motor is an '89 Yamaha 150.

20 Ft Master Angler SEACRAFT, 1978 with Newer leaning post with 4 rocket launchers and storage box. Dive ladder, new VHF antenna, anchor and line, outrigger holders, and two battery switch. Livewell hookup and pump. 150 HP Yamaha, 89' with new Trim motor.
Oil injected. Seminole trailer with AP3500 Power Winch and spare

Thoughts???
