Fish box Pump/macerator for scales / guts - ???

Anyone have a recommendation from experience on a brand / model for a fish box pump ? I want to use my floor hatch as a fish box, but the stock set-up would let all the scales guts and crap go into the i/o bilge at the end of the day.

Looking for something that will cut through and pump out w/ ease...
