That's gonna be one bad, or "wicked" as you might say, pot-pulling pilothouse 23. Looking great! If anyone asks about a pilothouse on the 23, yours will be the referral. WTG

Yeah it has been a long way coming, the hardest part was the mold for the house, duplicating the shape of the factory windshield. The gunwal had to be cut down as well, the pilothouse was built with all foam composite material (NO WOOD). Now i have to get some windows. Any suggestions on the windows and where i can get them from?

Very cool. I've thought about doing something similar. What is the height of the pilot house from the deck to the the ceiling inside the house?

Very interested in following along with this project.

Nice Job on the Pilot House, My boat is at my local glass shop getting a built in Livewell and new Engine and Driveshaft cover Installed(All Composite) . They just ordered me a new front window for my pilot house. Mention Andy, from Cape Island Boats in Orleans Mass gave you the recommendation and maybe they will give you a discount. Andy Builds Duffy's and uses a lot of their windows. I ordered the Clear Anodized with green tint for the front per their recommendation. I opted for their fixed window over my original Shamrock window which always leaked and I never opened it anyway.
I belive they are about 1/2 the price of the Diamond Seaglaze, but I am not 100% sure.

Good Luck,

That is cool. I'm interested to see how she looks when in the water. Looks like you made it so it can be removed later? I thought of doing something like that to a 23 as well. Bobby Wartman over on Classic Mako got some nice windows for his pilot house. Look in the project boat section for his re do.
