Default 1974 25 Seafari Twin I/O

i have no affiliation to this boat what some ever first off. i posted it in the for sale section but i wanna make sure all you SeaCraft addicts see this such its such a rare boat. i know there are rules about posting stuff for sale without paying the $25 dollars, so if one of you guys gets her hopefully youll donate the $25. all i know about this boat is its a 1974 25ft Seafari with twin mercruiser outdrives and is being sold by a brokerage place. i almost bought a 74 tsunami from this guy b4 i got the boat i have now but he didnt really provide much info at all unless i gave him a deposit so i spent my cash elsewhere.. his loss. i actually grew up on the boat i was gonna buy from him, weird i ran across it. if anyone is interested send me a PM and ill try to find out some more info on this rare boat. im posting this because id rather one of you guys get this boat, people who appriecate it, then some one who buys it uses it for a couple years and sends it to the dump.

alright talked to the broker today. the boat is owned by a 90+- year old man. believe he is the original owner to his knowledge. he said man just wants to get rid of boat becuz of his age. hasnt been run in about a year or more. broker said it could be sold for probably 7 or 8 grand but the way he was talkin i believe it would probably be had for around 4 or 5 grand.. money talks. i dont believe it has a trailer since it has been kept in dry storage all its life. no bottom paint. it need some cosmetic attention but seemed structurally sound. i didnt really jump around on it just noticed some gel coat scrapage. broker is getting ready to post it on boat trader probably tomorrow. he said he already had two emails on it and it hasnt been advertised yet so i know it was one of you boys. hope one of you guys snatch it up. like i said i think it could be bought cheaper then he is askin owner wants it gone. brokers name is benny. tell him shane sent ya.

O'k I admit I have been talking to Benny. As of this afternoon still has not quoted a price. Seem to be waiting to see what boattrader will bring. Looks like a well kept boat. The only thing is that big flat aft deck.
I will continue to pursue.
