Inner Hull Mold Removal ?
Got the top cap off, now i want to remove the inner mold of this Hiliner 222. I can see where the glass tabs at the bow and stern need to be cut for removal. From the helm back it seems like the insert is resined to the outer hull and from the top edge down about 1.5-2". Can this be cut with a sawzall inserted between the outer/inner or do i need to cut the inner just below where its bonded, and leave the 1.5-2" strip bonded? If anyone has tackled this before by removing the inner mold, any info would be helpful, thankyou.

The brocure says its bonded to the hull, i wanted to save the flloor and complete inner sole as one piece. How to remove it from the points in the pic where the arrows are? I can easily cut the tabs forward and aft but the gunel and under floor i'm stumped. Would like to remove foam and restring under floor. thanks

I remember a post way back where the guy used a bucket lift of some sort and after cutting everything he popped out the inner liner (seacraft).
Maybe someone will remember the post and pictures and will pipe up.
