Default 18 deck rebuild

Hey guys, im looking at a 18 to buy the deck is pretty bad.
What is the best way to get it off.
Do i take liner out with it or cut and leave the liner.
Any pictures would be great of the removal.
Im talking deck not the floor.
Is there a way of doing it from the top.
Many Thanks

It's not the same. The "deck" is the typically considered to be the topside stuff (gunnel, and foredeck). The correct marine terminology for "floor" is "cockpit sole".
