79 sceptre interior teak
Everyone, where can I find the teak strips that run inside the boat next to the helms? Also, the footrest would be great too. Or is there another way to go about this? I think teak looks great on boats.

Finding that stuff is normally impossible...the best is to find a marine parts liquidator in your area and see what they have...you will have to do some cutting and fitting.

Yes, those are what I'm looking for. Really, I just needed a good picture of what was original. What about the footrest? And what's up with the windshield wiper motor? I'm certainly missing that.

Try Lumber Liquidators for teak. They stock 3/4"X3-1/4 and 3/4"X5" teak flooring in a few shades. It may work good for your use.If I remember right,The teak stips on my Tsunami that cover the seams like in your picture are strips about 1/2" or 3'4" thick.

For the original footrest, also try searching under the brand name MarQuipt. Also, Jim (I.e. "77SeptreOB") is a master carpenter and likely could replicate any of the teak trim pieces you are looking for; he made a set of replacement cabin doors for my '78 23' Sceptre that are a work of art. Good luck.
