Default What hull is this?

Anyone know what make hull this is? It's a free boat deal.A friend of mine is looking for a project, and thought this looked like a possibility. Here's a couple pics the guy posted. one of the boat and another of the windshield. he says the trailer is 25 feet, not sure where he measured it from, but he doesn't mention the boat length.

I'm going with a formula knockoff as well. I owned a Fleetcraft that was a similar knockoff of the 23.3. Exact hull with a different cap. This one would be a fine ride with a bracket and a big outboard.

I don't see the freeboard or forefoot of a Formula/Apollo/Fleetcraft, especially near the stern. I almost looks like it has that slight North Carolina Flair with a break in the gunnel line that a 23' Mako has (either that or the rub rail is bent!). I have never seen that cap on a Mako, but it looks like a good quality Mako windshield. The North American S-22's were a little low slung like that in the back. Those guys (Sandy, No Bones and Jorge) in South Florida remember those and the Cuda Crafts.

I'm going to try and get a hold of the person who has I'll let you know what he says as to the maker of it.

Hyliner 22?
Here is a link to one: http://www.boats.com/boat-details/Hiliner-/148457041
Ray Hunt design early/mid 70s - not a lot made - I think it was a pretty good hull

Looks more like a 69-73 North American. Available as sterndrive or inboard.

Nice windshield - looks like it's off a later model Seafari. John, if it's for sale separately, I know someone who's looking for one! Denny
