Default The joys of Northern boating

I had to shovel off the boat today. With snow shoes. By the end I was standing on snow as high as the cap on my 20MA on the trailer.

Yep, shorts for me too. Cleaned out the shop and stripped all the wiring behind the console preparing for a complete electronic refit. Snow is for polar bears and Eskimos.

Hmmm. I don't own a pair of snow shoes. Short sleeve shirt this afternoon. Would have been a nice day for a boat ride, but we went last weekend and we had some yard chores to do today.

Are we rubbing it in?

You guys are killing me. After 16 years in the CG all in maine and massachusetts, I've made up my mind to see how you southern guys do it. Now I just have to convince the assignment officer. There is no down side. No snow and I can fish all year... No brainier
