Interesting Items for sale in south florida

Yep, there SeaCrafts all over, I was looking at a 20' today for 1800/2400 with an alum trailer and the last one you listed was asking 1900.
The one in WPB for 2600 and a nice looking LEO boat in boston for 2500. Wish I was closer, or had some time right now. If you have a lot of time and a little money, it's a boat buyers paradise right now, the bottom has fallen out of the market here in FL.

and so has the real estate market and since I'm "employed" as a real estate/ mortgage broker the $$$ not there to take advantage of some deals out there

Yes, There are alot of seacraft for sale and very inexpesive in respect to what they were selling for not so long ago. I see a 1K 23' in georgia. and some 1700 & $1800 20 & 23 for sale also.

Wish I had some spare cash and wasn't in the concrete business here in S.W. Florida. Hate to be pessamist, but theres signs next years gonna be bad also. 18000 homes on the market in Lee, Collier and Charolotte counties with half in forclosure.

Even that rare 27 went for half of what the seller originally wanted, Who knows if it actually sold but 11K for this beast seems like a pretty good deal.

Wow that 27 is on Craigslist also.. dropped the price from 15K. It is a beautiful boat. what do you suppose the weight is? 6000 Lbs.?
