Thanks, Eric.
That's an Idea! I like it. Nothing to lose...
Best,

Default Refinishing Teak and Glovebox on Sceptre 23

Well, after getting a lot of good ideas, I followed Eric B's route on the glovebox door. Light sanding, stain, varnish. Looks pretty good and will match the instrument panel and switch panel when I get to them. Teak doors and trim also got a lot of sanding and varnishing, just installed this weekend and launched the boat.

I have attached before and after pics of the glovebox door and finished shots of the teak. The cabin door pic is rotated and I don't know how to fix that, sorry

Thanks for all the advice, especially you, otterhound.

Does anyone have the dimensions of the instrument panel and storage box on port and stb side of a 73' tsunami? Was wondering if the new G2 display will fit and possibly a small gps/sounder unit flush mounted also. Wishful thinking.
Thx
