he never repied to multiple requests for further info on the Paypal payment he claimed to of made either.

I genuinely want to give his $ back but I am now questioning if he ever paid in the first place?

Joined in March of this year and the site has gone to shit in 9 months, eh? Good riddance. This site has always been top shelf.
