Briguy,
Sorry I took so long to get back to you on the measurements. The aft edge of my tank is 34" from the splashwell door, give or take a couple inches. I didn't lift out the in-deck bait well to get an exact measurement. My splashwell is only 14" deep to give you a better idea as to where the tank really sits in relation to the transom. Briguy, I don't know if you have or ever consider a positive floating bracket that would diffinitely give you 2 to 3 inches of lift from the stern.I put a single bracket with a chamber and the stern went up 1 1/2 inches. Just a thought.I'm sure its more expensive than cutting the tank.Just a thought RS.
