If you had purchased $1000 of Nortel stock one year ago, it would now be worth $49. With Enron, you would only have $16.50 left of the original $1000 investment. With Worldcom, even worse, you would have only $5 left.
But, if you had purchased $1000 worth of Fosters (in the big beercontainers, not the stock) one year ago, drank all the beer, then turned in the cans for the aluminum recycling price, you would have $214. "Based on the above, my current investment advice is to drink heavily and recycle." Hmmm, $214.00 divided by $0.05 per can = 4,280 cans. Divide that by 365 days = 11.7 cans per day!! I think somebody has an "issue".

Sure I like that theory, but if you would have bought Intel last year at 15.00 and waited till the end of the year and sold it at 35.00 you would be up over 70%.
Just food for thought, or in this case beer |

11.7 cans per day is less than one per hour

MM33, The "Potter" hulls ended halfway through 1980 or so. Thus, an '84 is definitely not a "Potter" built boat (a boat built during the time that Bill Potter owned SeaCraft).
This fact won't change the ride of your boat though |
