Captain-

Can I make an e-box door out of the stuff? When I customized and Awlgripped my ebox last year...I ran out of time and just threw the old, warped lexan door back on. But it really takes away from the custom box...so i was going to do a starboard door....but i would rather do the foam because it can be painted to match the rest of the box.

Yes you can. The only suggestion is that you sand well, and put a couple of heavy coats of paint/primer on the edges as they are more porous. Here is a shot of a small drawer box I made out of the same material...Good Luck

What in heavens name is a dirty knife doing in Capt Chuck’s boat??? Is he slipping??? Has he been fishing instead of cruising for chicks out on the water??? I would figure he would have one of those bone carved handle knives with hammered inlay of fish or something on it to cut his bait??? You know, them knives that cost $400.00 or so. What’s up Chuck?
