No its a Barcone. I think they are 21'. My buddy has one and they are nice boats. From the looks of his it has a similar layup schedule as the late model Seacrafts...lots of glass. No VDH though! Also wider up front. It has been posted here before that this was a Seacraft copy back in the 70's. Search the site for Barcone or Continental Barcone. A couple have been talked about on the site before.
