Sombrero Reef and Coffins Patch for easy snorkeling. Walking distance with membership included to the Cabana Club with beach, olympic pool, and bar/restaurant, fine placee to unwind after a day of fishing, great for kids too. Easy access to the gulf side via Vaca Cut. No need to leave the island once you are there, 3 good restaurants, liquor store, tackle shops all within walking distance. Of course if you have to go to Key West for the day, it's a 1.5 hour drive, and to Big Pine to see the Key Deer, it's about a 1/2 hour drive. If you don't know about Key Colony Beach, look into it, great for a keys vacation. Fantastic yellowtail fishing closeby.

Fully appointed unit with bait freezer, fish cleaning station, w/d , king size bed in master and two full beds at second bedroom. All you need for a hassle free vacation is included. Two bathrooms, A/C's and tv's, car and trailer parking in front, and concrete deck at canal side. Canal side faces East so you get the sunrise in the morning and shade in the afternoon dockside. Boat ramp and tackle shops two blocks away. Plus great free diving in 15'-25' of clear water.
