Yep steve did a great job preserving the signature. As long as the deal works out I will need an a/c guy and a general contractor cause the house needs a little work so if you have any recommendations I would greatly appreciate it!

This guy is good for that kind of stuff, know him from Fla Sportsman and also know one of his guys. We had him do a bid for us.

Also thank you to everyone for the warm welcome. I am hoping to get out on the boat again next weekend as long as the weather is decent. It's been all work and no play lately...
