Default Mega Flange (Pedistal)

My Pedistal with a 9" flange was starting to wobble AGAIN. After I took it off, I realized I have redrilled the screws two times before. I'm running out of deck to drill into.

So I decided to fabricate a "mega flange". Aluminum 1/2" plate - 12" in diameter. I drilled and tapped (now bolts rather than screws) the original six holes for the pedistal. Check it out. Solid as a brick!

Very nice great idea! How did you mount the "mega flange" to the floor? Screws? Heck if this one was to pull out you could go the the "mac daddy" flange @ 15" or so.
