Default soft floor

Seacraft 18.5. 1977
I have one spot on floor right under fish box in the corner
That is soft soft. Size of a large basketball. haven't been worried about it bc my foot
Hasn't gone through it but when do you know it needs to,be done.
Do most turn a blind eye? MOST IMPORTANTLY how hard is it
To so,just, one section. I don't want to redo whole floor. Is it
Worth repairing? Could some one explain how the floor is layered
From top to,bottom? I stuck my head in a hatch last summer
When I had my fuel tank out and the bottom of the floor looked like
Good healthy, thick fibreglass. Does it go like this? Top non skid layer,
Then,wood then,fibreglass,under that?

Thanks

The set up of the floor is basically wood sandwiched in layers of fiberglass. Once you feel a wet spot its usually kinda late. The wood soaks it up fast and spreads quick.
