Well, work resumes.
Got the old rubrail pulled off today and the boat indoors again.

Need to start prepping for spider crack repairs all over especially near the hull/top joint. Any suggestions?

Also going to cut out the deck and check the stringers for wet foam?

How do you get the floor live well out? It's not going back in but don't want to do unnecessary damage.

Anyone fill in the old steering cable relief on the port seat?

Won't need it with the raised transom. Plus using Hydro steering.

Was thinking about filling with foam or coosa then glass and fair. Suggestions?
