Default Things to do when you retire...

I figured I would ask all the pros here since my last day after 35 years in the electric utility industry is the 30th!

I think your most magical skill is diving.

Maybe find a way to share that with future generations?

There is certainly some boat projects going to happen but the main driver for retirement was that our daycare for our granddaughter closed and we didn't have any feasible options that were not going to create more travel time and burden on her. Now I will have all the time in the world to take her to school and pick her up as well as enrolling her in gymnastics, soccer or whatever she wants. What appeared at first to be something terrible turned out to be a blessing beyond any expectation.

I told her to get the list ready but now she is meeting with our retirement management group and it is very possible she will be able to work on the list with me.

Congrats Ken, the day we all have worked for has arrived. Hard to grasp at first, but you’ll get use to it. If you don’t already, get yourself a good money mgr and enjoy your time with family & friends.
