Default 20' sceptre?

I just found a 20' scepter but is listed as a 19'.

Is this a classic 20' hull or not?

I may buy it an convert it to a center console - instead of a 27' in terrible shape.

Can anyone confirm if this is a 20'4 or a 19'6?

http://adcache.boattraderonline.com/6/1/2/32987312.htm

It was built in 1977 and it must be a 20' version - it is in great shape and I may be buying it this Friday - it is in Oregon and the guys there had never seen a boat in such good shape that old - I told them about this site and about Seacraft in general.

It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can confirm what the boat is or if they have any information on the model:

Conversion will be:

Modified deck up front (shortened but not removed)
T - Top (more to the stern center console than most 20')
Remove the bulk heads up from and remove all the seats and other crap.
Bracket and remove the I/O

Can this be done ?

Many thanks
