? on 225 price

I have a friend who wants me to get rid of his twin 2001 225 optimaxes, with controls, props and gauges for him. He is repowering his 32 seacraft with the new yamaha 300s. The motors just recieved brand new powerheads not to long ago and have less then 30hrs on them. The throttles are those electric shift ones, 2 sets (tuna tower and center console). I think that I remeber when he had those installed it cost him about 7000 but I might be wrong. The gauges are the smart gauges. My question to you guys is what do you think is a fair price, and if anyone is interested please contact me.
