1972 23' center console

I saw an ad in the local (Lafayette, LA) Boats, Bikes and RVs magazine for a 1972 23' seacraft. Center Console with a 1995 225hp mariner outboard on a bracket. The picture was small and black and white so no other details could be seen. The hull was probably painted (dark color) and the guy was asking about 10K.
