I disagree. The price is not too high because you don't have the money. You just can't afford it. You are not a serious buyer and should not bother the seller. The owner can ask any price he wants, but the market will set the price. I have that much into a 23 that's not finished and has an older motor.

The price is fair any time of year. One or more of you guys will be kicking himself when it's no longer available...
