Best seats?

I'm starting to accumulate items that i'll be using on my Tsunami restoration and although i'm getting a little ahead of myself,i have a question on seating.
I plan on having two seats up front,captains/passenger,and having a 120 qt cooler(fishbox) behind one seat,and a 48qt behind the other,both with cushions for extra seeting.
In your opinion,what seats are the most comfortable for all day trolling(8-12hrs)and maybe an underpower ride in anything from flat to 3' and over water conditions.
Price is somewhat of an issue,and wanted to keep both seats in the 200 to 250 dollar price range for the pair.
Presently,i'm using fold down seats by Wise,and although comfortable in the beginning,(5 yrs ago)the foam is starting to flatten out.
The Centric sas seats,by attwood look nice,but at $300.00 each,they're too expensive for my likes.
Any recommendations,or info on results,either good or bad,or price,and best place to buy would be appreciated.Thanks all.
