just looked at a 23 73 tsunami boats in relativelu good shape decks are solid transom has been redone( not best job but looks ok) . Boat has minor spidering and some chips throughout. it has 2001 225 yamaha salt water series engine with what he says has 400+ hrs on it boat runs real well hatch and door ratlle a bit relatively new bimini and side covers. askin 15500 can get for 13 do you think this is a good deal.
