Gary, I saw some of your posts and have a question. I am starting a rebuild of a 1974 23 Tsunami. I have been thinking about what to power this boat with. It was originally built for twins. However, I was contemplating a single Honda 225. A friend of mine has the new Defiance 29’ Guadalupe and has twin Honda 225s. I have been out fishing with him several times and those engines seem excellent. I am curious how your boat performs? I am retired and live in Tillamook, OR. I currently fish a 20’ Beechcraft (Glasply hull) with a 470 I/O. I gutted it and rebuilt stringers floor etc. about 15 years ago and it has been a great boat but it is getting worn and it pounds in wind waves with swell. I have never had a ride in a SeaCraft but I do know boats and built hundreds so when I ran across the information on the SeaCraft design I wanted one. The design makes a lot of sense to me and the 23' hull is the size I wanted. I am sure you are familiar with our typical northwest boats, so how does the SeaCraft compare? Is the ride as soft as I hope it is? I fish the Ocean out of Girabaldi and am after a hull that handles 3 foot wind waves along with the swell. I hope the SeaCraft is what I have been looking for. I tried sending you an email as shown in the user list but,it would not go through. Maybe you have a new email address? Wayne 503-812-4713
