1969 center console

Alright guys and gals, i have located a 1969 20 CC Seacraft for sale. i don't know much about it yet, as i am calling the owner tomorrow. However, boat and trailer (no engine) is listed below 1K. Definetly needs new transom, and owner says the trailer is in better condition than the boat. What do we think??????
