Default 71 SF20 repower to a G2 115 20" to heavy?

Well... I sorted the options (with help from yall) and my plan was the 115 etec 25" with a plate to raise it till i rebuilt the transom but the dealer had a whole diff plan. He had a g2 20" with power steering in house ready to go and just kept crashing the price lower and lower as we chatted. I was really worried about the weight with the onboard oil tank and like 25 lbs for the power steering but he came way the fuck down on the price so I finally folded but I made it super clear that when they do a prop test if its sitting to low in the water then pull the motor and Ill pay him for his and go from there.

Dealer calls says alls good they tried a few props and landed on one that does about 40mph and WOT about 5200rpm ish i think he said and that everything was good she sits fine.

I pick it up 3 days ago and its covered in hydraulic fluid and they have totally unwired the rest of the boat, no lights horn or bilge pump, so now im like great dump and dumber have been in charge. i rewire the boat and then drop her in the water this afternoon and I think im just being Paranoid it feels low but when I look at the ref pics from it with the old motor its damn near the same. I think im getting a similar amount of water thru the scuppers, none till i walk to the very back.

Otherwise its a hole new boat like Wild how diff if feels thats prob whats throwing me off as well just butter smooth.

Does she look like shes sitting all right ?

2 pics from today full oil and gas but no weight in the boat other wise and battery in under the helm. Then one from last fall with the old merc 150hp and half tank gas and then a hella old pic but same set up with the 150 merc
I also tossed a vid of her running
