This boat was redone here at Tarheelboatworks in NC. The build is detailed under "Chriselks" 23 build at Classic Seacraft.com:

Summary: Boat was taken down to hull/glass inside and out. Only coosa, divinylcell foam and core cell, biaxial and epoxy used for structural. New stringers (foam cored), transom (coosa), deck (corecell). Cap was removed and recored. Only wood present is some reclaimed old growth teak used for window dressing. Details Has a 300 Suzuki mounted on a Stainless Marine Bracket with 220 hours. Top speed is 50mph. 3 mpg at 30. This boat is lighter, stronger and faster than new. We believe it’s is one of the “top 10” 23 foot Sea Craft restos ever done. Comes with a robust dual axel trailer with disc brakes (redone recently). It is roadworthy. Custom live well in stern. Custom pull out cooler in leaning post. Custom hatches in floor. One is insulated. Forward hatch is huge. Rear hatch is large for good access to bilge pumps. Custom fiberglass hardtop and radio box. Coosa inserts for outriggers. T-Top with rocket launcher by Custom Marine Fabrication in New Bern, NC 2 bilge pumps with automatic and manual function. Garmin autopilot (2.0 pump-the big one). Standard Horizon VHF radio with “panic button” Two Suzuki C10 gauges Two Garmin GPS chartplotters Horn Windless with separate battery switch and breaker. 120 gallon gas tank (Sunshine tanks, FL). Canvas cover for console and Leaning Post. Saltwater washdown. Two AGM batteries. Battery charger. Deck was raised 2 inches. Absolutely no wet feet even with full live well and folks in stern. GEMLUX duckbill scupper system. Almost all hardware GEMLUX Stainless. Alexseal products used throughout the fairing and painting (Atlantic Blue topcoat-This is NC, the Tarheel State!) Bottom was taken down to glass (removed gel coat for inspection). Epoxy/Cabo/glass any irregularities. Reglassed entire bottom. 5 coats epoxy barrier coat. Petit Vivid white bottom paint.
