If that is the case the damage is done. Hopefully it just needs to be persuaded back into shape.

The last guy put in the transom and didnt pull it back to 80". The guy before him removed the cap and other parts somewhere around 2004.
Once i get the transom on im going to throw the side decks up there and see how much the rest of the boat sprung and go from there.
