Default more about my transom (not as bad as i thought)

i pulled out some more thru hulls out of the transom (there were about 8) and this one was a few inches lower then the one with the rot, ad the wood surrounding it is solid, the inside skin of the transom is delaminated, but only above the water line, im really confused.

also John eagleton - i saw your boat at sailfish marina today, i was the scruffy looking kid wiyth curly hair, Nice Rig!
