Default Re did a 72 SeaCraft 20 and she's in need of some serious attention

Hello all, just cruizin the web to see if there were any good seacraft resources and found this gem! Hope I can get some good feedback here. I'm freakin' out!

3 Years ago I bought a seacraft 20 that was an IO, but was already converted to an Outboard. The transom was shot when I got her, so I redid it. Along with putting in new 3/4 marine ply floorboards. I used the westsystem to coat everything.

This year, my mechanic told me to beef up the transom, cause he saw some movement. My first thought "oh shit" I remember how much work went into the boat and how long it took.

To make a long story short, I have the boat and the aft 1/3 of marine plywood floors up. everything is out of the boat.

I need to know the best way to put supports in (to strengthen the transom) before I close the floor back up.

Any help would be appreciated.
