Default Master switch and isolator wiring

I am getting ready to add dual batteries to my 18cc. I planned to add a dual battery
master switch and an isolator. I am a little confused on the wiring process. Upon
looking at the diagrams that came with the switch and isolator and am unable to
figure out exactly how to wire them together correctly. I am wanting to use one battery for
starting and one for electronics and allow the motor to charge them together but
have the capability to utilize the deep cycle electronics battery for starting in a pinch.
I would like the motor to power everything while it is operating. Any help, suggestions, or
lewd comments would be appreciated!!! (well maybe not the lewd comments)
