'75 - 20'CC Value?

Hello gang, I've finished the cosmetic restoration of the boat, and am thinking of selling her to move to something bigger. My question is this: What would you ask for her?

Specifics (pics will be added later):
1975 Potter Hull 20'CC
1989 Yamaha 175 in GREAT condition
Sitex Loran
Apelco bottom machine
New interior carpet
Refinished/varnished teak
Resealed/through bolted cap/hull joint
New interior trim along the rail cap.
Newly painted bottom (but it's trailered)
1996 Loadright Trailer

I've seen a couple for sale in the 9,000-10,000 range... is that about right?
