Advice on rental in Cape Cod

Advice on rental in Cape Cod

We are planning to visit Cape Cod for a week this summer. Can anyone offer advice on a house or condo rental. I'd like bring the "little" boat, so water access would be important. The kid's like the beach. We have never been there and are clueless. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
