1975 CC 23 ft

I have come across a 1975 23ft cc that I can have for 4,000. Tandem trailer with 1987 twin 150 Johnsons 1 soft spot in front of baitwell in front of console has t-top without canvas....how much will I have to invest in you guys opinion to fish comfortably and not have a totally reborn boat? I guess everyone on this board will tell me to jump on this deal...........
